Eateries/pubs cater for all tastes, while the independent traders tempt you with gorgeous stuff! The coast path is 5 minutes from us and a 10 minute walk will bring you to a secluded beach (via 200 steps). Sit awhile and spot the resident seal patrolling! Accommodation accessed via stairs. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.
