An ideal studio for a couple or for a family of 3. It has a double bed, a small folding bed, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with spectacular sea view. It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.
