An ideal studio for a couple or for a family of 3. It has a double bed, a small folding bed, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with spectacular sea view. It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. It’s a two-storey apartment plus roof terrace accurately renovated with a passion for authenticity. The colours and the self-designed marine decorations make the place cozy and cheerful. The 'vertical' layout of the apartment truly reflects the 'vertical' shape of the Cinque Terre landscape but the spectacular view up the stairs is well worth the effort.

La cucina è completa di piano cottura con 4 fuochi, frigorifero con scomparto freezer. Troverete tutto il necessario per preparare la colazione e portarla sulla terrazza all’ultimo piano. Dal balcone una bellissima vista sulla vallata, paese e mare.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

CORNIGLIA is the best starting point to hike the low coast walking trail to Vernazza and the nicest of the higher trails to Manarola through the terraced vineyards facing the water!
