The Old Stone Shed, Historic Country farm stay

Located 1hr 40min from Canberra, 3.5hrs from Sydney & 10mins from Harden/Murrumburrah this farm stay is a uniquely renovated granite stone shed, built in the 1880s as a stable which takes full advantage of the beautiful surrounding countryside. It is fitted with all mod cons with lots of space inside and out. Stroll down a country road, sit on the raised deck with a glass of red watching the sun set. Enjoy the wildlife and farming life. Shearer's Huts

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with wide open spaces and expansive views. The original Shearer's huts built in 1948 has been renovated into a modern space with the rustic charm of the original building. We are pet friendly, however we are a working farm and ask that you are responsible for your pets while staying. We are a 10 minute drive to Harden and a 20 minute drive to Jugiong.
