Die helle Einliegerwohnung ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, das einmal ein typisches Tessiner Grotto war. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang und eine grosse Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von viel Grün und befindet sich in einer sonnigen Wohngegend mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Im Winter hat man sogar Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Brione sopra Minusio liegt ca. 250m über dem See zwischen Tenero und Locarno. Der private Parkplatz und die Bushaltestelle befinden sich vor dem Haus

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Su prenotazione dispone di servizio di prima colazione, pranzo e cena, oltre a boat-renting e taxi boat limousine.

Ubicato in un edificio da poco ristrutturato dal punto di vista ambientale, ovvero l’acqua calda e il riscaldamento sono generati da una termopompa. L’energia elettrica è fornita dai pannelli fotovoltaici installati sul tetto dell’edificio. L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

Schatten spendet die Traubenpergola. Das Haus ist im rustikalen Stil erneuert worden. Es hat einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum befinden sich der TV, W-Lan und Telefon. Im OG/DG sind 3 Zimmer mit Betten und das Bad untergebracht.
