If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

It has sensational views over alluvial flood plains, while at the back door there is natural bushland. The surrounding paddocks are home to cattle and horses.
