The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. If you are looking for a romantic weekend, quick getaway, quiet escape, or a quick stopover in a stunning location, Falling Waters Colo Vale has it all. A fully self contained log cabin with open fire, luxury king size bed. Fully secured pet friendly fence. As an added bonus we are located 15 minutes away from the Southern Highlands wineries and all that the Southern Highlands has to offer. We do not have WIFI.
