Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

Studio 21 Waterfront

Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Enjoy access to the waters edge from the King bedroom overlooking the Canal....beach towels are provided if you fancy a dip! The terraced deck area is perfect for casting a line or launching the provided kayak for a paddle. Split cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. Premium linen and towels included for your stay. Complimentary Nespresso and tea.

Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. This spacious guest suite with it's own private full bathroom separated from the main house by a garage is positioned overlooking Hidden Valley Estate where you'll find kangaroos roaming and lounging about. Located in the North Beach precinct of Byron Bay. Five mins walk to Belongil beach. Two mins walk to the solar train station (runs into the center of town). North Beach is home to great food, wine and beer (Barrio, Stone and Wood, NBH Bottleshop), great shopping (Habitat) and the best fitness and wellness businesses in Byron Bay (F45, Bende, Hustle, Comma). Please note that this studio is not suitable for extra guests, parties or for Schoolies.

Set in the quiet area of Airforce Beach, you can wake to the sounds of the ocean, take a stroll across the road for a swim, or throw a line in for a fish.
