Prime location with Herdsman Lake just across the road, 11 minutes to Floreat Beach and 5 minutes to the city. Train station and buses close by, plus supermarkets 12 - 15 minutes walk. There are two cafes either side of the apartment complex a few minutes walk for your morning coffee, a pub and gym both within walking distance.
