Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Devon Garden B & B

Cosy garden annexe consisting of ensuite double bedroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, and shower room. There is a single sofa bed in the living area suitable for an adult or older child. It has its own front door with access straight out onto patio and garden. Situated conveniently for Dartmoor, the sea, Exeter and Torbay. Opportunities for cycling and walking, or a relaxing break. It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
