Chalet Lake House on Eufaula Lake

Our lake house is located on a corner lot in a neighborhood setting. It is a three bedroom one bath home that is completely remodeled. The lower basement makes the house sit high off the ground which makes the home feel as though you are in a tree house. There are 35 mature trees on the property. The 2nd floor entrance to the home is accessible via a gently sloped ramp on the side of the house. The front and side of this home has a large elevated deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Pendleton Rentals

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the lake with hours of endless fun, swimming and fishing. Come back to the house and enjoy a cookout! Play games and sit around the fire pit and cook hot dogs and roast marshmallows. Don't want to cook, we are just a few miles from some great restaurants. After a great day of fun retreat to the comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Golf cart provided as a courtesy! Two charging stations for your boat. Sorry no pets allowed.

Welcome to Seagrass Cottage! Experience a lake town only 2 blocks from lake access and a few minutes drive to restaurants, Yogi Bear, boat ramps, amphitheater, the marina, and downtown shopping. Hit up all your local favorites right in the middle of town and enjoy a nice lake side walk around Lakeshore Drive at sunset or swim at multiple beaches around Lake Eufaula! Fishermen are welcome with extra wide gate and plug in to accommodate multiple boats and trucks. We hope you enjoy your stay! ☀️
