You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Quiet yet conveniently located at under 10 min to Mooresville the perfect place to get together with families or friends. Relax and unwind as the children play for hours in the large yard, swim, build sand castles on the beach or take out one of our 2 kid kayaks. “Bigger kids” can enjoy fabulous water sports including our brand new dock, 2 adult kayaks, lakeside firepit!

"Overlook" rests on the main channel of Lake Wylie. The 180 degree lake view oriented west for exquisitely dramatic sunsets. Relax and unwind while you watch amazing scenery from the patio, the covered porch, hammock or dock. The beach is perfect for kids to run around and play in the sand while you watch from the patio or dock. The bay offers a safe swimming environment - indented into the shoreline, your loved ones are safe from boat traffic. SUP, 2 kayaks and a canoe on site!

Fully unwind & experience ultimate relaxation at our rustic cabin, with the lake just a few steps from the door. Very quiet neighborhood on dead end street. Only 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte if you want to spice up your vacation. Perfect spot for families, girls/guys weekends and snowbirds looking to enjoy a sunny vacation on the beautiful lake. Dog friendly for fur babies under 21 lb. Bottom floor is a separate unit with a full time tenant.
