There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. Hillsley, is an 1860's Victorian terraced cottage. It is a lovely, renovated home with great location for exploring St Austell Bay. Situated in the desirable area of Mount Charles within the heart of Clifden Road. It makes a fantastic location for families, friends and couples. Close to the heritage harbour of Charlestown and South Coast with its beautiful scenery, walks, fantastic beaches and cycle trails. Coastal resorts of Carlyon Bay, Pentewan Sands, are all easily accessible.

Connie's Cottage, Charlestown

For just two people, Connie's Cottage stands within 250 metres of Charlestown's famous harbour and beaches and of the South West Coast Path. Stone built and with many original beams and slate floors the cottage is very characterful but has been sympathetically modernised and includes gas fired central heating. There is non-restricted car parking available immediately to the rear of the cottage however in high season it may be necessary to park in the nearby pay car park.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.
