Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Ihr eigenes, kleines Feriendörfchen, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der schönen Verzasca entfernt. Das Dorf besteht aus 2 typischen, 300 Jahre alten Rustici mit authentischen Granit Dächern. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
