Treetops

This luxury cottage is perfect for a holiday in the lovely Cornish village of Cawsand. Sleeping up to six in three bedrooms, Treetops offers a large living area downstairs with a well equipped kitchen opening onto a three tiered garden area with plenty of outside space to relax. There is wifi and a dedicated home office facing the garden if you need to do some work whilst you are away. We have spent many wonderful years enjoying Treetops: we hope you will enjoy a lovely holiday in our cottage!

Our old fisherman's cottage has been in the family for over 400 years. It backs onto the beach, has uninterrupted views out to sea and the waves lapping against the back of the house at high tide. It's an old cottage and therefore has some quirks such as every floor being on a different level! As such, it's not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. We keep rooms in the lower basement area but a separate entrance ensures no disturbance. Guests cannot use the Rayburn or wood fire.

The Bay is located in a small complex of luxury properties right on the beach front of Cawsand. The maisonette is light and airy and is fitted with the latest fixtures and fittings. The modern kitchen flows into the dining and living area where a Juliet balcony allows the sea air to fill the room. Dips in the sea are just moments away and the utility room is the perfect place to wash and store wetsuits and costumes. The views can be enjoyed through out the property, inc the master bedroom.

This space is on our middle floor, you access your own front door through the property’s main porch area and your own private studio has everything you need to recharge, reconnect and get away from it all

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

Trebyan - Luxury Seaside Cottage!

Trebyan is a beautiful cottage built around 1750. It sits in the centre of Kingsand, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beaches, coastal paths and pubs all right on its doorstep. The outside space, at the front of the property, is south facing, so enjoys the sun all day long. The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.

The studio apartment is a 1 room space with private access and its own bathroom. A small outside area is also provided. It is just 200 meters walk to the beach. This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
