The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

This house allows you to live moments of rest after an unforgettable day at the beach or at the “Valley of Temples”, as from there you can easily enjoy the enchanting parts of Agrigento. In fact, you can reach (on foot) “Via Atenea”, beating heart of the old town of Agrigento, full of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Moreover, a free parking is available near the house. The terrace of () is breathtaking and sea view; there it is possibile to have a good breakfast or also a candle light dinner.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Il Giardinetto di San Marco è un appartamento indipendente ricavato all'interno della Tenuta San Marco, villa storica di fine 700 finemente restaurata. La Tenuta San Marco si trova all'interno dell'area del Parco Archeologico della Valle dei Templi. La casa offre panorami suggestivi sui templi, sul mare e sulla campagna circostante. Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.

The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
