Der Park eignet sich für Familien, Paare und Einzelpersonen, die sich in der Natur inmitten Bäume und Blumen aller Art erholen wollen. Es gibt diverse Gärten, Wiesen, Waldschluchten, Teiche und Bäche, die zum Verweilen einladen. Für Wellness ist mit Whirlpool und Sauna gesorgt. Für Sportliebhaber gibt es die Möglichkeit, Basketball, Tischtennis oder Badminton zu spielen oder das grosse bodenebene Trampolin zu benutzen.

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Das Casa Lucertola liegt im ruhigen, verkehrsfreien Dorfkern von San Nazzaro. Das Haus befindet sich zu Fuss nur 3 Minuten vom See entfernt. Den Gästen steht ein kostenloses SUP zur Verfügung. Die italienische Grenze ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar und in 500 m Entfernung lädt die Schiffsanlegestelle für Ausflüge nach Ascona oder Locarno ein. Die unterschiedlichen Aussenplätze wie Pergola, gedeckte Terrasse oder Sonnenterrasse ermöglichen eine Erholung für jeden Geschmack.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
