‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

The Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish Beach studio. Open plan living with a queen bed, beautiful comfortable leather couches, timber flooring, brand new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large private backyard with a private outdoor shower. The Studio is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. The booking does NOT INCLUDE LINEN or TOWELS. It can be supplied for: Queen $30. * NO SCHOOLIES/GATHERINGS or unregistered guests

The kitchen is a cook’s delight with good quality appliances & equipment. The area is ideal for cycling, gravel or mountain.
