The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bike path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ an outdoor shower.

We are in walking distance to the beach, Dowdy's Park, the OBX YMCA, shops, restaurants, grocery stores & more. You will have access to surf boards, beach supplies and more. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!
