The rental includes an enclosed front porch with wrap around windows , has 2 separate living units and 3 flatscreen Roku TV's with Internet. There is a pool table and a screened in porch. 2 Queen beds,2 Full beds. Beautiful knotty pine walls. Private street with a private community dock. The end of the dock faces west to capture breathtaking sunsets.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. This space shares a common wall with my mosaic art studio. There are 2- sweet Aussie shepherds and 2- domestic cats on the property. Guests are welcome to eat meals on the back deck or beautiful gardens. There is a private shower, sink & composting toilet in cabin. New kitchenette recently added. Would like a long-term day-shift renter.
