We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Our non-smoking private Studio Bnb is located by the airport in Point Shirley; a small safe seaside community. Daily continental breakfast is provided. No cooking allowed, kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, a refrigerator. Private bathroom with corner shower, free 5G wireless WiFi, RokuTV, one car off-street parking. Due to our severe medical health allergies to animal hair, fur & feathers, Airbnb has granted us an exemption not to host guests service or emotional support animals.

The AirbNB Studio Space is Private w/ its own separate entrance & exit. Our home is set in the 'Sheep Pond' area. We are walking distance to Sheep Pond to kayak & swim. We have kayaks, paddleboards, beachchairs, & towels for your use. A backyard w/ your own picnic table, seating area, & hammock. An outdoor shower ! Minutes away from bay & oceanside beaches, biking, hiking & Nickerson State Park. 40 mins from Provincetown; & surrounded by quaint Route 6a, restaurants & shopping !

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

With access to spectacular private association ocean beach, Hancock Beach, on the island's south shore in Chilmark, this rental offers a complete Vineyard experience.

Valentine's Day! How about booking a couple of away days for a Valentine surprise gift! I will throw in some helium balloons and a little extra for a cake. But book NOW! Ferry over to a hidden retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy all Prudence Island has to offer with miles of hiking trails, beautiful beaches, kayaking, biking, stunning views and even digging your own clams for a fresh Sea to Table meal. A secluded Island getaway in the middle of Narragansett Bay!

Spacious Suite in Newport Victorian

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
