La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Situato a 2km da Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (LU), Podere Le Marie, recentemente ristrutturato e immerso nel verde, si affaccia sulle bellissime Alpi Apuane. Rilassati in questo angolo di paradiso e goditi la piscina privata con panorama mozzafiato. Il Podere le Marie si trova vicino ai borghi più belli della Garfagnana dove potrai gustare la bontà della cucina locale e fare attività di trekking e escursionismo. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.
