A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

Elle est située à 15 minutes du centre de Saint-Tropez et de Pampelonne, à 10min des plages de Gigaro et à un jet de pierre de Gassin. La maison est toute neuve et fait partie d'un petit domaine viticole. Elle a son propre jardin et partage la piscine (4*15m) avec la maison principale. Pour les golfeurs, 3 trous et un bunker permettront d'entraîner votre swing.

A Gigaro, presqu'île de Saint-Tropez, splendide Rooftop de 65 m2 avec vue mer panoramique sur les îles du Levant. Une grande terrasse en bois très ensoleillée de 30 m2, exposition sud, vue à 180°. L'impression d'être sur une proue de bateau. L'appartement est à 50 mètres à pied de la plage de Gigaro et 100 mètres de la réserve naturelle du Cap Lardier. Il a une configuration de loft. La chambre peut-être ouverte sur le salon et voir la mer allongé dans le lit !!

Accès rapide à pied aux sentiers du Cap Lardier (sentiers vélo et pédestre). L'accès à la maison se fait par des marches en traverses de chemin de fer.
