You will have access to our 2000m2 garden and our pool, and possibly extra parking in our villa! The house is located just 200 meters from the sea and restaurants, 1 km from Monaco and 500 meters from the village of Cap d’Ail. Bus is very close.

My accommodation is close to Monaco (with all its great restaurants and attractions, five minutes walk from the Stadium) and the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Ail, with a lot of family-friendly activities such as gorgeous walks by the sea, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. The apartment has an exceptional view and you will appreciate it for comfort and cleanliness. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

Le jardin d’agrumes et les terrasses permettent d’apprécier ce cadre idyllique. L’ascenseur du Parking des Salines facilite l’accès à pieds à Monaco ou aux plages (nous conseillons le sentier des Douaniers!). La belle plage de la Mala est à 35min à pieds. Localisation idéale entre Nice et Menton.
