The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Our charming, cozy library studio features a beautiful cherrywood Queen bed with cloud-like bedding and lots of plush pillows for cuddling or reading in bed. Cozy, peaceful, and feels like home. Wood fireplace, home theater living area w/ 65” TV, desk for remote work, microwave, fridge, bathroom with shower, plus in-unit washer and dryer. Your private entrance has a shaded patio for lounging, surrounded by a secluded, park-like backyard. Local wine or sparkling cider provided for you to enjoy.

This unit is under new management and has been recently updated with a king bed. This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. Just a couple of blocks away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the Yakima River, West Richland Golf Course, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or cozy home base while exploring everything Tri-Cities has to offer.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Private Studio Guesthouse

New guesthouse built in 2022 located in West Richland, WA near the Columbia River. Some of the best wineries in the country, lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. Located in a low traffic area with baseball field and a park within walking distance. 10 minutes from Highway 82. Studio guesthouse has a queen sized Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, dining table & TV. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, keurig and blender.

There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.
