A 300 metros está la entrada a la Zona Hotelera, donde pasa transporte público hacia la playa, y a 5 minutos la estación ADO, con rutas al aeropuerto y otros destinos turísticos.

Este pequeño estudio con cocineta es perfecto para 1 o 2 viajeros que busquen experimentar la vida local de Cancún y alrededores. Hay un impuesto local (Saneamiento) el cual deberá ser pagado al momento de la llegada o salida, $79 pesos por noche, Pago en efectivo o con tarjeta por medio de airbnb.
