Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Located in Pieve Fosciana, the holiday home 'La Capannina' offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace.

The medieval village of Castiglione, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 10-minutes walk.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
