La casa si trova sulle alture liguri nel Comune di Osiglia. E' in campagna in una tranquilla borgata silenziosa. E' indipendente, su due livelli. Al piano terra si trovano la cucina ed il bagno. Al piano superiore, salendo una scala con gradini in pietra, si accede alle camere da letto separate da una sala. Nella sala è posto un bagno di servizio per le due camere matrimoniali. Fuori c'è un grande giardino dove si può mangiare sotto un pergolato di vite vergine. Il giardino è tutto cintato.
