I’m a 2 mile drive (~6 min.) down Central Ave. to the center of Plaza Midwood, a 4 mile drive (~12 min.) using Independence Blvd. to the center of Uptown (with similarly convenient access to South End), & a 3 mile drive (~10 min) to NoDa. Private sunroom that you can make it your workplace with less stress seeing outside view.

Built in 1914 this spacious tradition home has stood the test of time. Located near a bus line, mall, art center and walking trail. This home features daily squirrels, lizards, bumblebees and plenty of flowers to make you smile. I am only accepting first shift at this time.
