We have had so much fun providing a wonderful place to stay for our guests visiting Seattle. We have traveled often and are always looking for an affordable yet perfect place to stay. Our apartment offers all the comforts of home during your travels. Please enjoy our above garage apartment. You will find everything you need for your stay in Seattle. We are 5 minutes from the airport in Burien and walking distance from Old Burien where you will find great restaurants and shopping. We are close to Seahurst beach if you want to walk on the beach and enjoy a sunset. We are about 15 min driving distance from downtown Seattle. You have your own outside entrance and a private parking space in the backyard. Inside you will find a full bath and full kitchen, for those who love to cook. There is a Trader Joes not far for fun food without all the work. We will have coffee and basic pantry needs. Just stop for groceries if you would like to prepare your own favorite recipes. Lightly furnished, towels and bedding are provided. The mattress is extremely comfortable with wonderful bedding. Wi Fi is available and there is full cable. We are happy to take any reservations last minute. Please let us know if you need an early check in or a late check out. The Garden House - Less than 10 min to airport!

The Garden House is only 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle and a 10 min drive from the airport. Plus a short 5 minute drive from a gorgeous NW beach! It comfortably accommodates a family of four with a top of the line, luxury king size bed in the bedroom and pull out queen day bed in the living area. This is a fully functioning private home with kitchen & laundry! Sip your coffee as you watch the chickens and bunnies frolic in the yard space. Plenty of parking available. Great for families!

New Walkway! Beautiful One bedroom apartment nestled on the left side of our home with it’s own entrance and private side yard. Less than 1 mile to the beach, 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Enjoy your private unit in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen to eat in during your stay. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" smart tv. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and another 49" smart tv.

Large sliding glass doors to a patio and 150' high cedar, madrone trees. Effortless access with no stairs or steps. Warm radiant water heated polished concrete floors, AC and plenty of ventilation.

Level entry, free parking, and just 5.1 miles to Airport! Upon arrival, you will find the door open for you and some ambient lighting on and the keys just on the entry shelf. Please call or text the day before to confirm arrival time (late flights nights arrival are okay with previous discussion).

Beautiful Japanese Gardens and courtyard. Perfect for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, extended visits or overnights away from the kids! Plenty of parking!
