Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. Lavender Lodge - Serenity in the Highlands

Lavender Lodge is a charming home nestled in the tranquil country town of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, NSW, set in a peaceful and private setting on an acre of lawn, stunning trees and a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kangaroos and fruit trees will be your only distraction during your stay. The house offers fully ducted air conditioning for Summer cooling and Winter heating plus a fire place. Coffee shops, restaurants and markets are only a 5 minute drive away.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette (please note: no oven, but have a small stove), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Free standing one bedroom cottage with large windows overlooking paddocks dotted with kangaroos. Situated 10 minutes from Berrima and Bowral - very handy for wedding guests. On the Southern Highlands Wine Trail. A quiet and tranquil getaway. Compressed/recycled cement driveway, suitable for all cars. Native Ducks, Kookaburra's, Eastern and Crimson Rosellas, Kangaroos and Wombats in abundance. Wood fired heating or air conditioned and wi-fi (Star Link) connected.

Leafy location just one kilometer from the heart of the village and just under two to the main entrance to Morton National Park. The property has been ftted out with quality furniture and a well equipped kitchen together with Sleeping Duck mattresses and fine bed linen. Ducted hot & cool air and a wood stove will keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter. There is also a good sized deck off the living area and large pet friendly garden with patio and fire pit.

Sedalia Farm Cottage - stunning rural retreat

Enjoy the serenity and truly picturesque backdrop of captivating rural vistas at this unique charming, private stand alone cottage that sits separately from the main farm house. It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. Kalamunda Estate with Pool, Fire Pit & BBQ Deck

Kalamunda Estate is a spacious retreat set on 5 acres, just 3 km from Bundanoon. Perfect for large groups, it features a pool, a large outdoor BBQ deck with stunning bushland views, and a games room. The 5-bedroom house accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or friends' get-togethers. With a vast garden, there’s plenty of room for kids to play and enjoy the outdoors.
