Woonona is one of the best surfing beaches in Wollongong. Just over 1 hour from Sydney Airport by Car or Train. We think our space is great for couples, surfers, singles, business people and adventurers alike. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can also enjoy just to kick back and relax.

Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance.
