Now, makes for very unique space. Enter through spacious 2 car garage to original shop, lay out updated for unique mountain LOFT getaway. Think..rustic, raw, real, back to basic, with a Modern Twist! 2 zone mini-split heat/ac! Heat good down to around 30 degrees, wall heater in Bath/Gas heater in Living Room

This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This home features an open concept with vaulted living area, large kitchen, expansive bedroom with spa like bathroom. A short drive miles to either Boone or Blowing Rock.

Bathroom is only 30 yard walk. Sleeping space for 2 adults only. 1-2 small kids may be allowed with preapproval. AWD/4-wheel drive recommended December-March in case of snow.

Kirsten’s Cabin

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located in the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed. Non toxic, not perfumed cleaning supplies used. Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.
