It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Naustet er svært smakfullt innredet, og ligger nydelig til rett ved kaien. God kommunikasjon gjør det enkelt å komme til/fra Stavanger og attraksjoner i regionen. Naustet har to brygger og en liten båt, samt supre tur-, bade -og fiskemuligheter. Det ligger sørvest-vendt som betyr mange fine solnedganger. Vi i ferd med å utvikle et koselig og sjarmerende lite sted med bryggeri, kafe og butikk. Du kan bestille ferske varer til frokost, lunsj og middag - alt som serveres og selges er laget her.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Slå dere ned i flere dager og gå på flotte turer og fjelltopper fra utgangsdøren. Fem minutter fottur unna kan du bade i en elv med friskt fjellvann. Kort avstand til Jørpeland sentrum (10 minutter gange, 5 min å kjøre) med alle nødvendige butikker tilgjengelig.

The cottage is located in quiet surroundings and you're going to love our place because it's located right by the fjord. You can easily go fishing and hiking or just relax and enjoying the view. Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you take a bath in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
