Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Beautiful & Spacious Garden Entrance Suite

Lovely walk in walk out with private entrance, 500sqf one bedroom guest suite with 9 foot ceilings is bright and airy. This self contained one bedroom suite offers privacy and easy access. If you like cooking your own meals we have a mature herbs on the pathway to the suite that you are welcome to pick from for your meals. We provide coffee/tea/sugar/milk/yogurt/fresh fruit/museli/granola to ensure you have what you need for breakfast the day of arrival. We have a two night minimum stay.

Two sided wood burning fire place, extra large jacuzzi tub, WIFI and flat screen TV. Private sitting area and well equipped kitchenette (including: fridge, microwave/convection oven, hot plate, toaster, kettle, french press). Outside your private entrance is a large covered patio that overlooks english gardens complete with fountains, arbours, ponds and lit covered BBQ.

Take in the ocean view of the Sooke Basin and the mountains of Washington state across the strait of Juan De Fuca. Enjoy a visit from our dog, Argo, who lives on the property and loves our guests. This is a 1969 school bus lovingly converted into a tiny guest house in a whimsical garden space. We are located in a rural residential area near Sooke BC, just off the Galloping Goose Trail. A 30 minute drive from Victoria, or approximately 3 hour bike ride if you’re feeling adventurous.
