Poppy's place is a comfortable guesthouse in Lakewood estate. It is situated close to public transport and is 100 metres to a cafe, a pizza take a way which was voted the best pizza in Frankston (Yummy Pizza) It has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, gas stove, oven and HWS. We have a kitchen, supplied with a toaster, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. We will also provide a continental breakfast.
