Le gîte est situé au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales, entre les lavandes, les tilleuls et l'Ouvèze. Cette rivière (Rio en espagnol) est accessible de manière privative et borde le terrain d'un hectare qui offre de nombreux espaces (plage de rivière, coin lecture, prairie, terrain de jeux) où s'intègre aussi une magnifique piscine (10x5m). 🐕🐈 Terrain clôturé, animaux de compagnie bienvenus (supplément appliqué). En Drôme provençale, à côté de Grignan, entre vignes et lavande, notre gîte est le seul de la propriété. Il se trouve à l'étage, pour quatre personnes adultes, attenant aux mas des propriétaires. Pièce à vivre de 48 m2, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, coin détente avec téléviseur 127 cms, climatisation. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.
