The house of 264m2, facing south, has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen, mezzanine), a beautiful terrace, a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 beds) of more than 25m2 and a fourth small room (2 beds) of 11m2. La grande terrasse surplombe les vignes et la vue porte jusqu'au pic de Castel Diaou. C'est un lieu parfait pour les amateurs de calme, de nature, de vins et d'histoire. Selon notre disponibilité, nous serons heureux de vous proposer une visite guidée du vignoble.

Il peut accueillir deux voyageurs. Notre propriété se situe au bout d’un chemin privatif et vous bénéficiez d'un parking. Un espace jardin est mis à votre disposition avec un salon de jardin et des transats. Le logement est climatisé.

Rez de villa independant

Ce logement paisible offre un point de départ pour visiter la region en profitant des exterieurs d’une villa. Il peut recevoir de 2 à 5 personnes. Plutôt pour une famille avec enfant ou jeunes randonneurs. Le village et le supermarché sont accessible à pied. La mer est à 25 minutes. Les villages perchés aux alentours sont à découvrir ainsi que le Lac de Saint Cassien. Parking devant le logement.
