Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

"The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, a BBQ, or a bounce on the trampoline.

Nestled amongst towering gums and abundant native wildlife including our resident Kangaroos and Kookaburras, this property is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway. Located in Gordon in the beautiful Central Highlands, the Cottage is just over an hours drive from the Melbourne CBD and within a 1.4 km slightly elevated walk to dine at the funky Gordons Cafe or the Pub.

Diggers Rest farm stay close to airport/ sunbury

Relax in this private 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom guesthouse on our peaceful 15-acre property in Diggers Rest, Victoria. Fully self-contained with kitchen, lounge, dining, and laundry. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the hallway and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available on request. The bathroom offers bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.
