Sea bliss is a brand new studio apartment located under our house that is one house back from the ocean. Sea bliss has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf shop, shops, bar/ restaurant, and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect!

With local beach access a short bike ride away (less than 3 miles). Light from The Cape Hatteras Lighthouse shines thru the tree tops at night, one of our favorite things. Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. This jewel is just steps from the Ocean, in the heart of Buxton. A Private one Bedroom suite, attached to our family home. A private entry and porch, overlooks visiting deer & wildlife. Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an inquiry & I will open those days for a booking!

Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Soundfront Sunset Retreat

Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast. Boasting beautiful views of the sunset over the Pamlico Sound, this canal-front condo is an affordable way to experience waterfront living, OBX style! We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!

Scarborough town Surfstead w/ hot tub

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walking distance to some of the best surfing on the east coast as well as restaurants ,coffee shop, pizza! , pier , small grocery store , and kite boarding on sound . The surf shack is rustic living ! This space is designed for serious surfers and kiteboarders , if you are looking for the 4 seasons this is not it , but if you want to hit the beach you are here!

This charming studio apartment is a perfect get away spot. Minutes walk from the beach. Out door shower, detached bathroom about twenty steps from the room with utility sink. Outdoor sitting and dining area with grill and swing. Perfect for rest and relaxation. Mini fridge and freezer, coffee pot and toaster oven. Available space to store surf boards and equipment. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and beach chairs.
