Welcome to Smooth Sailing, our two-story guest space in Avon Village! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and Pamlico Sound views, it’s a cozy retreat on Hatteras Island. We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Lots of indoor and outdoor space to make it a special stay for any size crew This home is an updated classic Avon house. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is designed to sleep up to 8 guests. Guests have private beach access path straight from the house. The beach in front of this home is one of the widest stretches of beach in the area!

Casa Creekside w/ hot tub and bikes!

**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Beachwood Bliss - secluded tranquil retreat

Welcome to Beachwood Bliss! Nestled in the trees at the end of a quiet street in the heart of Avon, this newly-renovated private studio is the perfect home base for your Outer Banks getaway. Enjoy the wind in the trees from the screened-in porch, relax in the hot tub after a day on the beach, or kick back in the shaded hammock. When you’re ready for adventure, hit the beach, fish, or surf at the Avon Pier - a two-minute drive away! Or visit the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, only 8 miles south.

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Oyster Point

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.
