The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

This is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the beach and downtown. Two people can enjoy this room which includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Relax in the peaceful courtyards and enjoy the 2 minute walk to the beach and short distance to town. There are multiple outdoor areas to relax, including 2 fire pits. There is no A/C. Located on the second floor in the Historic Wing. The original fir ceiling and wall take you back to when the mayor used this room. Relax while you enjoy a soak in the antique clawfoot bathtub in the private bathroom (no separate shower). There is a ceiling fan for your comfort. Breakfast is complimentary.
