Enjoy your stay at "The Laundry" a lovely historic home. Remodeled and professionally decorated in French Country Chic style with luxury Italian Frette sheets, Turkish towels, robes, slippers, enchanting landscaping with two private fountains and outdoor eating! Ample onsite parking with complete privacy! Two flat screen SMART WIFI TV's with Cable and WIFI/Internet provided, desk/work area along with fun games. A washer/dryer with soap supplies is provided for your convenience. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range. Cuisinart coffee pot with Starbucks coffee and tea provided. You will have access to the entire home. Approximately 1250 sq. ft. with high ceilings. For your comfort the bedroom has a large king size BeautyRest Black mattress with feather-bed topper, Italian linens and Hungarian down pillows. The living room has a large deep couch with feather stuffing. Couch is also a Queen size sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. We offer self check-in but I live only 5 minutes away from the cottage. We're happy to help answer questions :) This property is in the core of historic Jacksonville, very conveniently located close to quaint shops and restaurants. Explore hiking trails, try wine tasting, and take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Forest for a nature fix.

Pellet stove in the living room as well as wall vented heating. Enclosed yard. Separate bedroom and en suite with a tub/shower combo and washer and dryer. Off street parking. HBO and Netflix included. 10 minute walk to downtown Please note the only bathroom is through the bedroom. Dog friendly - no cats please

Plenty of beautiful wineries near by!

You will wake in the trees, to the soft prospects of the forested Siskiyou mountains to the west. You'll discover enchanting views at every window, from city streets to a quiet English garden and pond. You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. The Cottage is a renovated former horse hotel. It retains the charm of its former use yet is well appointed and updated for comfort & convenience. The cottage overlooks a pasture with 1 barns with the Siskiyous beyond to the south & the Ashland, Grizzly Peak Hills to the east. We are only 2 easy miles from downtown Ashland with multiple wineries close by. There is hiking, swimming at Emigrant Lake nearby as well. Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. NEW: a high speed (240 volt) charger for EVs. You need an adapter.
