Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden. Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus. Auf youtube unter "Bijou Cardada" findest du einen Rundgang durch die Wohnung.

Geräumige 4 1/2-Zimmer Wohnung mit 98qm Platz

Zentral gelegen, alles Wichtige innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an den Verkehr und ÖV mit naher Bus-Haltestelle, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Min. im Zentrum von Ascona. In den zusätzl. Gebühren sind die obligat. Kurtaxen enthalten. Momentan hat es bei der Einfahrt eine Baustelle, welche aber keinen Lärm verursacht. Leider sind keine PP auf dem Gelände vorhanden, jedoch kostenpflichtige öffentliche blaue Zonen in der Nähe.
