Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen ruhigen mittelalterlichen Dorf Armo, ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat einen unverstellten Ausblick über das ganze Tal. Die Haushälfte mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, großem Bad und riesiger Terrasse Parken kann direkt vor dem Haus.
