Here's your ocean~front dream location! Comfortable family home on a large, quiet lot with privately accessed beach. Hot tub, fire pit, outdoor brick/ fire pizza oven, and a huge yard. Multi-use recreational trails, playground/ convenience/NSLC locations nearby, and a short 15 minute drive to all town amenities. Outside you will find a large yard, fire pit and recent constructed 12x19 screenroom. Pets are welcome but there is an extra cleaning fee.
