He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Canners Cottage will be your perfect home base for exploring the lush Quinault Rainforest and Southern half of the Olympic National Park. Enjoy walking the temperate forest on surrounding trails while having the opportunity to see elk, bald eagles, and otters. Adventure the Enchanted Valley from Graves Creek into the home of over 1,000 waterfalls or enjoy a relaxing day reading by the lake. The Kalaloch Beaches(located 35 minutes away) make for a great day trip exploring tide pools!
