Private studio guesthouse in Seaholme. 5 minutes from Altona and 10 minutes from Williamstown. 15 minute walk to Seaholme station, which from here is a 30 minute train ride to the Melbourne CBD. Studio is situated at the rear of our family home with a sperate entrance. Fully equipped with private bathroom, work station and small refrigerator. Access to WIFI included. More than welcome to make use of the swimming pool in the warmer Melbourne months. No kitchen facilities. Strictly no parties.

The Laneway Loft is a stylish retreat in Newport, just 20 minutes by train to Melbourne’s CBD and 5 minutes to Williamstown. Perfect for couples, it features a bright loft with a king-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, open-plan living with Apple TV, desk and chaise lounge, plus a cosy outdoor space. Set at the back of our property with private lane access, it offers comfort, privacy and a memorable stay if you are visiting family, attending special events in Melbourne, working or travelling.

Enjoy a morning coffee and stroll 750m along the foreshore to Altona Pier and the shopping precinct, or walk 450m to Seaholme Station for a 25-minute train to Melbourne CBD. Your seaside retreat offers fast WiFi, a 65” smart TV, a computer, and a BBQ. Close to all amenities, it’s the perfect getaway!

Perfect for a quiet getaway, to visit family locally, attend some of Melbourne's many attractions, or for a longer term stay. We are located a 15-min walk at my pace (or 10-min walk at my wife's pace) from Altona main beach and Pier Street, 10-min walk to Harrington Square and a 30-min train ride to the CBD. A great base from which to explore our beautiful beaches and city.

Delightful studio in Newport

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Altona North 3BR 2BATH Entire House

- This single-level, older-style home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a short walk to Altona Gate Shopping Centre and only about 12 km (7.5 miles) by car from Melbourne CBD. - Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, directly outside the front door. Convenient for unloading luggage. - Air conditioning for both cooling and heating is provided in all bedrooms and the lounge. - The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. I have studied horticulture. The house is designed to help people connect with nature. It is well located for: The Australian Open, the MCG, Flemington racecourse, The Australian Grand Prix and the Zoo. The nearby villages of Yarraville, Seddon and Footscray offer a variety of dining options from cafés to fine dining. The house is close to public transport being only 5 stops from Flinders Street Station.

Six minutes walk to Altona train station and a further 4 minute walk to the beach with Cherry lake at the end of the street. 30 minutes train to Melbourne CBD. House offers lots of privacy and off street parking. Foxtel movies to keep you entertained. Excellent central heating and cooling. Dog friendly. Please, no parties, or you will be asked to leave.
