This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two while the private bedroom has a queen size bed. Gorgeous tile in the bathroom, and a washer/dryer for your use.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Coffee shops, breakfast spots and a fantastic natural foods co-op, all within a two block walk. Easy, flat, 20 minute walk to OSU, coffeehouses, restaurants, groceries, parks and more... Great area for biking to anywhere in town.
