Nestled in the Southwest Hills of Portland this lovely apartment provides a sanctuary away from the bustle of the city, yet is minutes from all that downtown Portland has to offer! 900 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment taking up the entire first floor of a three floor home and has a completely private garden entrance. Furnished with mix modern furniture and classic modern appointments. Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk/dining table. Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. Sky High Acres Apartment on Cooper Mt. is a private 2 acre estate framed by majestic Douglas Fir trees. 1200 sq. ft. of custom designed living space provides large windows to the private landscaping, gas fireplace, 55" TV, dining and pool table. Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many nearby restaurants. Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.

Beaverton Retreat

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Beaver Den Guest Wing: 2BRs, Den, Kitchenette, 1BA

Hosts are inclusive and welcome families. The Wing is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with 2 spacious bedrooms (ea. 11' x 17'), comfy den, kitchenette, and bathroom with combo tub & shower. Abundant light, balconies, and patio. 8 exterior steps to enter home through hosts' kitchen (we live on-site), then 9 steps up to private apartment with locking door. Digital pad self-check-in. WIFI mesh network. Secure off-street parking. EV plug-in. Single dog considered with recurring $25/month fee.

West Side Portland Home

This is a refurbished daylight basement apartment, with a separate entrance, and free parking. We are in a quiet neighborhood in West Slope, with easy access to the freeway into downtown Portland (5 miles), or the highway into Beaverton (2 miles). We are also close to Forest Park where the zoo, Washington Park, hiking trails, Pittock Mansion, and other outdoor activities are located. We are not far from restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, etc. (The rental does not have a stovetop or oven.)

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

This beautiful ranch style home with tasteful decors can accommodates 2-4 guests. We are ONE block from Nike, ONE mile to grocery store and restaurants, ONE min walking to bus stop. Easy access to highway and 15 mins to downtown.
